PRELIMINARY FRENCH PROFICIENCY BILINGUAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT

This Programme is designed to provide aspiring candidates, desirous to undertake the Bilingual office Management course at Alliance Française of Accra with, a solid foundation in the French Language specifically required in the area of Office Management. This course leads to a recognized Professional language proficiency certificate by the Paris Chamber of Commerce (CCIP). An eligible candidate must be a holder of the Senior Secondary School Certificate Education (SSSCE) or its equivalent.
This Programme lasts for six (6) months

BILINGUAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT

This course aims at training High Calibre Support Staff to assist in the management of State and private enterprises in Ghana. This stems from the fact that the economic development of Ghana within the Sub-region in the last two decades calls for Bilingual office assistants to help in business transactions and exchanges at all levels. Since 1988 this Programme has been put in place by a team of dedicated Staff of Alliance Française of Accra to cater for this need.
The three-year full time course combines theory and practicals (industrial attachment) opened to both Ghanaians and Foreigners, leading to the award of a Diploma certificate recognized by countries in the Sub-region and internationally. In the following countries, for instance, these are the equivalence:

Admission starts in April each year while classes start in October.
Entry requirements:

  • SSSCE with at least Aggregate 24 or its equivalent (A’Level or Baccalauréat for the Francophones).
  • French language certificate level B2 for Anglophones
  • English Language Proficiency certificate from a recognized institution for the Francophones
